We've transformed the Bold brand into a community brand, creating an interactive and growth-oriented brand community called "Team B," where we collaborate with brand partners and community leaders to co-build the brand and collectively embrace a life of ‘Live Bold, Dream Wild’ as advocated by our brand philosophy.

In our view, membership strategies symbolize the identity of consumers. Instead of the typical "Free classes for members" and "Extra-paid class packages" in conventional business concepts, we have introduced the membership concepts of "Bold All Access" and "Bold All Access Plus+" allowing consumers of all levels to experience a sense of exclusivity associated with our brand membership and avoid the pressure and psychological disparity brought by "pay-per-class" models.

Simultaneously, we have created a class system spanning the "Burn, Balance, and Build" dimensions, and have branded the courses originally designated under "Plus Membership" (Formerly paid classes) as Bold X Program, packaging each of these B-dimensions into a branded system.
