Cabify has a problem regarding their services, they cannot improve the rating related to their app given by their users.

To do this, we carry out a consumer experience  (CEM) project to analyze the user's jorney since they know the app until they are a user and where we could improve the experience and eliminate the pain points. After making a study of each type of consumer and developing a storyboard identifying the journey of each one, we designed different strategies, actions and improvements regarding the Cabify service.
